Project Summary:

The AL EDS project involves the rollout and usage of the new Alabama Medicaid Data Warehouse. These positions will support this initiative.

Ideal Candidate Background:

Strong background as a Medicaid Data Analyst.

Data curious and customer-facing.

Job Responsibilities:

Support Analytic Staff: Assist the analytic team with various tasks.

Power BI Reporting: Create Power BI reports as requested by the agency.

Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis based on the agency s needs.

Report and Dashboard Development: Assist the Analytics Manager in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.

Required Skills and Attributes:

Power BI: 3+ years of experience.

SQL: 3+ years of experience.

Snowflake: 1+ year of experience.

Medicaid Knowledge: 3+ years of experience.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

Experience with healthcare databases.

Knowledge of data warehousing

Experience with Medicaid or MMIS (Medicaid Management Information System)
