We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team under our 100% wholly-owned subsidiary, Ampcus Forensics. Positions will be available throughout the US. The Ampcus Corporate office is located in Chantilly, VA.
About the Role:
The EVP, Global Technical Lead will be responsible for supporting the overall strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of the firm. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of forensic accounting and the insurance industry, along with a track record of success working in the field.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of the firm s long-term strategic plan, including market positioning, service offerings, and business development initiatives.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and build strategic partnerships.
Participate in business development efforts, including the preparation and delivery of educational or training presentations.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging forensic accounting techniques.
Oversee the quantification of insurance claims and litigation support matters on behalf of insurers, loss adjusters, attorneys, etc.
Support the development and training efforts of staff and middle management to encourage their growth and the growth of the firm.
Represent Ampcus at business and community functions to maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certification(s) to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in key related skills such as ABV, CPA, CFE, or similar.
Minimum of 10 years of forensic accounting, litigation support, business valuation or related experience.
A valid passport and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required for both client engagements and business development efforts.
A record of progressively increasing knowledge, skill, responsibility, and independence.
Individuals in this position must have demonstrated computer skills and experience with accounting software, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Confidence to handle confrontation, pressure, and deadlines.
Skilled at building relationships with others.
Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are beneficial but not required.
