CrossTech is seeking Web Developers to support our client in the Philadelphia, PA area. This position requires 3 days onsite with 2 days WFH.
Job Description
Extensive experience in multiple and diverse environments and applications. Knowledge and experience in all major functions, issues and considerations of the subject matter.
Resource has played a leadership role in establishing standards, policies strategy and best practice.
Ability to discuss industry and marketplace trends and directions and site relevant case studies.
Capable of managing a diverse and complex suite of projects simultaneously.
Experience managing cross-functional projects/project teams
Qualifications
4-7 years of IT experience with demonstrated experience with the following technologies:
AWS Connect and implementing IVA/IVR solutions.
Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture, including Lambda, S3, EC2, CloudFormation and CloudWatch.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Angular, JavaScript, or Java for customization and automation.
Experience with call center technologies, telephony infrastructure, and CRM systems will be a plus.
Solid understanding of networking, security, and data privacy principles in cloud environments.
Experience in designing and implementing chat solutions using AWS services like Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Amazon CloudWatch for tracking and analyzing AWS Connect performance.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in AWS Connect and IVA/IVR systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
Java, Angular (required) AWS-preferred
Compensation
$50-$53/hr
