About The Team
Technology Digital Account Solutions (DAS) - Develop and support systems for opening and maintaining client accounts. The Technology DAS teams build technologies that power our business. We are seeking a talented automation engineer to collaborate with DAS software and support teams to help support our area's SRE and QE maturity.
The automation engineer will be on shore (within United States time zone) and will work on an agile team that is a combination of on shore and off shore (outside of United States time zone) teammates. The agile team includes one on shore Product Owner, one on shore Product Delivery Manager, one off shore Business Analyst/Scrum, and multiple off shore SREs. The individual will assist with testing needs of the team and collect/escalate information needed from the other DAS product teams which are mostly U.S. based. The individual will also collaborate across all DAS product teams to continue to support and increase DAS QE automation.
What You'll Do

Responsible for the Quality Chapter deliverables in the delivery team/s - "traceability, automation coverage, environment capabilities, reporting and Analysis"
Design, code, test, deploy and maintain testing automation solutions that provide automated test coverage of business functionality for the team
Execute automated test suites to support delivery teams and actively contribute to reduced cycle times
Builds understanding of automation opportunities for the application area, and communicates needs to the product owner for automation
Owns automation portion of the Quality strategy for the team including UAT, UI and SoapUI Test Automation in the pipeline.
Build and maintain effective relationships with peers in Product, UX, and Architecture to drive execution of Quality strategy
Clearly summarize test findings and provide recommendations for remediation, including code-level recommendations and solutions
Communicates with Impact. Listens actively and asks clarifying questions. Seeks to understand others' perspectives. Tailors messages to meet the needs of the audience and checks for understanding. Conveys verbal and written communication clearly and concisely and identifies when technical terms need to be translated for audience
Thinks like a client, considering the firm's strategic priorities, business decisions, organizational processes along with reduction of test debt, speed to market and team health when making decisions
Serve as an effective advocate for regression testing, team transformation/maturity and QA Chapter direction in application area

Skills/Requirements
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience automating test plans, expected test results, actual test results, identified issues, and steps to replicate accessibility findings
Advanced experience with one or more of the following: Selenium, SoapUI, Jmeter, LoadRunner, Ready API, JAVA, SQL, Appium
Expert with defect tracking software for agile teams. i.e. Jira, Qtest, etc.
Ability to understand and explain technical issues and their implications for projects and business decisions, facilitate discussion and resolution of problems, and mentor other associates.
Proficient in working collaboratively with product teams
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills including the ability to create and maintain best practice documentation and practices, used across multiple systems and functional areas
*Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with a preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
