Analyze issues and develop tools and/or solutions that will help enable business continuity and mitigate business impact.

Timely update assigned tasks, and provide responses and solutions within the agreed team's timelines.

Problem corrective action plan proposals. Deploy bug fixes in managed applications.

Hands on experience with expertise in J2EE/Webservices Technologies (EJB, Servlets, JDBC, JSP), Web Services (Soap, RPC), STRUTS, SOA Architecture, SPRING and iBATIS or Hibernate framework

Designs multi-application solutions

Selects appropriate solutions

Accountable for product and tool selection

Lead and mentor/guide team

Manage the high availability and stability of a eligibility application

Deploy and maintain GUI based eligibility application

Influence management to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches

Perform proactive maintenance activities, engage in automation activities, and perform root cause analysis and remediation

Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance
