Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot issues identified by a customer
Work with a vendor to ensure best practices are occurring
Evaluate a new version or enhancement to one of our tools, or remediating an issue identified on an endpoint that reports into one of our tools
Assist technical and non-technical end users
Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
Experience with:
Windows operating administration
Server administration
Vendor management
Operational health
The hourly range for this position is $37 - $41/hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
