Job Overview
DSD is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Onsite IT Specialist to join our team and provide support with all elements relating to day-to-day network operations. Preferably with 3+ years' experience in Autodesk products and/or REVIT, Computer Set-Up's, Microsoft Products. Firm understanding of basic IT duties. Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel Outlook,etc.)
Familiar with Autodesk Products; AutoCAD and Revit.
Formally educated in IT system, computer servicing, and troubleshooting.
Comfortable with scanner products.
Able to read software products.
NO DEGREE REQUIRED!
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise.
Set up workstations and computers.
Assign Outlook licenses to the team.
Examine PC software descriptions and finding computers that match requirements.
Usage of Autodesk and Scanner products during day-to-day activities.
Serve as a primary point of contact for staff requiring any technical assistance.
Monitor website page and performance metrics.
Printer and Software Installation.
Maintenance of daily office equipment.
Maintaining computer and IT related equipment lists, condition and replacement schedules.
Plotter/printer installation
Schedule:
8 hour shift
40 hours per week
Education:
Knowledge of IT systems, computer servicing and troubleshooting
