Overview:
As a Statistical Programmer you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
Responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
Complete programming activities under supervision
Take responsibility for timely completion of all assigned development task
Understand and apply a basic knowledge of industry standards
Identify and begin to interpret problems in processes/results and communicate them to supervisor/manager
Develop understanding of all applicable policies and procedures of GSK
Execute assigned tasks with high quality, integrity and attention to detail (with some supervision)
Perform Quality Control (QC) of own work independently
Keep manager/supervisor informed of progress and activities; escalates issues as appropriate
Works effectively and collaboratively within own team
Qualifications:
You are:
Able to lead studies under supervision.
Able to demonstrate strong programming and domain expertise.
Able to execute a wide range of programming activities with minimal supervision.
Able to identify gaps in current programming best practices and offer suggestions for improvement.
Minimum 3 years' experience within Statistical Programming in a clinical environment.
