Scrum Master (Open to hiring at higher levels)

Job Description

The Scrum Master assists in creating high performing scrum teams through increasing team efficiencies and driving accountability to meet committed team deliverables. This role will support our Health Services team. This team focuses on the core of our mission to Make Healthcare Better. You will help motivate and facilitate the scrum teams to self-organization, high quality, and team ownership. You will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.  You will engage with other Scrum Masters in and outside of your Agile Release Train to identify dependencies and work through blockers.
