Location: Columbus, OH/Dallas, TX/Jersey City, NJ(Onsite from Day 1)

Type: FTC/FTE

Who are we looking for?

A candidate with 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Database Administration. Knowledge of Goldengate and Real Application Testing (RAT) highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

" Strong experience administering various multi-Terabyte, 24x7 uptime Oracle databases as a Systems/Infrastructure Database Administrator required

" Solid experience working with Oracle versions 11gR1/2, 12c, 19C in a Linux environment

" Experience with Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance is a plus

" Strong, proven Oracle Database Performance Diagnostic skills (at both the SQL and system levels)

" Experience with features such as Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), CDB/PDB, Automatic Storage Management (ASM), Active Data Guard, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Golden Gate replication an Real Application Testing (RAT).

" Experience with Backup and Recovery using Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN)

" Proficiency in installing and configuring complex database management system environments, creating and maintaining databases as well as backup and recovery

Process Skills:

" Demonstrated ability to implement automated process to improve database system reliability

" Skill at troubleshooting complex problems

" Background in IT infrastructure, including systems or network administration

" Proficient development skills in a dynamic programming language such as Python, Javascript, .NET, Perl, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Scripting. Also experience with Microservices is desirable

" Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile development methodology

" Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals

Behavioral Skills:

" Dynamic team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

" Understand the client requirements, analyze and translate them into a feasible solution

" Demonstrate and articulate performance enhancement solutions to the clients and prospects

" Execute the Proof of Concept from initial installation through to client acceptance

" Ability to work in APAC, EMEA and NA hours.
