Summary:
We are seeking a Systems Program Manager (SPM) to coordinate projects and team processes at the intersection of Global Operations and product/engineering teams across Meta. The role would benefit from familiarity with integrity / trust & safety / content moderation systems, and/or customer support processes, especially as it relates to diverse high-value partnerships. A familiarity with legal content problems would also benefit the role (ex. copyright issues, defamation, etc.) Central to the role will be the thoughtful administration of diverse planning and documentation efforts, so excellence in organization and written communication is essential.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Additional Info
Will primarily update road mapping for team
Will need resource to organize and update processes and road map for team.
Data Analytics experience is a plus
Will write queries and pull data on response time
Previous Integrity Exp.
Top 3 Must Have Skills :
Exp navigating Bus and tech audiences
Prev tech company and program mgt experience
Exp writing processes, documenting large scale exercises.
Consulting background is a plus
Light coding experience
