Responsibilities:

Sentinel is looking for an IT Specialist to join our client. The ideal candidate would be responsible for resolving end-issues, help desk and troubleshooting hardware issues. This person would assist with onboarding and offboarding users. This position does require an on-call rotation schedule. This is a contract to hire position reporting to our client location in Bensenville, IL.

 

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in similar role

Experience with Active Directory

Able to maintain accurate documentation

Experience with repair of computer hardware, printers and mobile devices

Excellent communication and customer service

Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment

A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required

Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
