Overview:
Want to be involved in the digital evolution of a Fortune 200 company, owning the implementation of innovative product development technologies, and delivering FDA Part 11 aligned quality processes? If you have six plus years of IT experience, experience with delivering product management solutions, plus a passion for ITIL and FDA regulation, then we want to speak with you! We are currently looking for an IT Product Associate Manager to join our Technology Transformation Services team in Richmond, VA, but are open to a remote work arrangement.
What you will be doing:
Collaborating with key partners in Information Technology, Product Development, Engineering, and others, to understand and refine user stories, configure and build applications and integrations, to meet the requirements.
Conducting IT account management for our Product Development, Regulatory Affairs and Enterprise Quality organizations.
Developing strategies and technical roadmaps for the lifecycle of applications.
Communicating complex technical information to clients and project teams in an effective and concise manner.
Participating as a hands-on technical resource and/or leading technical contractors in solution development and deployment.
Staying updated on new tools, capabilities, and updates for over 50 applications.
Advising teams on optimal methods and assisting with setting strategy for efficient use.
Demonstrating strong team and collaboration mentality, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate optimally with technical and non-technical colleagues.
We want you to have:
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of IT experience
Experience with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, ITIL, and international IT regulation
Experience with IT Quality Processes such as Audit, Change Control, and CAPA
Expert knowledge of Information Technology industry and its impact on business.
Ability to translate business requirements to technical design and develop systems component specifications.
Experience leading and using agile methodology and tools such as DevOps.
Experience implementing engineering and code development technologies.
Familiarity with issues and requirements for data management and integration.
Experience with Product Design, Consumer Insights, and EQMS systems
Experience with CAD, GitHub, Salesforce, Azure, and Dassault PLM platforms
Leadership in balancing business, subject areas, and client needs/expectations.
Develops tactical plans and participates in planning concurrent activities.
Ability to research, discuss, and solve complex software problems.

Total Rewards:
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $97,900.00 - $(phone number removed) / annually.
