Trissential is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft 365 including SharePoint to join our client's team in a hybrid role, with onsite work in Milwaukee, WI 1-2 days per week as needed.. This role involves leading the redevelopment of a large-scale intranet within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, where you will leverage your deep technical knowledge to design and implement a modern, efficient, and scalable solution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, guide development teams, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to drive successful project outcomes. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.

Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical architect for the intranet redevelopment project, defining the architecture, design, and technical strategy within the M365 platform

Requirements Analysis and Solution Blueprinting: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze the existing intranet, and develop detailed technical specifications and solution blueprints for the new M365-based intranet

Architecture and Design: Design the overall architecture of the intranet solution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, M365 best practices, and technical standards

Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation process, guiding development teams and ensuring adherence to the architecture, design principles, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle

Stakeholder Engagement and Consulting: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to provide expert advice, facilitate decision-making, clarify requirements, and address technical challenges and constraints

Communication and Facilitation: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment and buy-in

Change Management: Lead change management efforts by developing documentation, contributing to training materials, and providing guidance to facilitate the successful adoption of the new intranet platform

Continuous Improvement and Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for enhancing and optimizing the intranet solution based on user feedback, evolving business needs, and emerging technology trends

Qualifications:
Proven experience (7+ years) as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, and designing complex intranet solutions

Deep understanding of M365 capabilities, architecture, and best practices for intranet design, governance, and management

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Strong technical knowledge in areas such as SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Active Directory, and other M365 services

Demonstrated ability to provide strategic consulting and expert guidance to stakeholders, including senior executives

Essential skills:
Expertise in designing and implementing solutions within the M365 platform, including information architecture, security, and governance

Strong consulting skills, including stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing decision-making

Proficiency in facilitating workshops, conducting presentations, and translating business needs into technical solutions

Experience with change management principles and practices, including developing user adoption strategies

Ability to create detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints

Leadership and project management skills, with experience in overseeing development teams and ensuring adherence to best practices

Desired skills:
Familiarity with emerging trends in M365, intranet design, and digital workplace solutions

Experience developing training materials and technical documentation for end users and IT staff

Experience:
7+ years of experience in a technical architect or solution architect role, with recent experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects, engage with diverse stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:
Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $145,000 to $156,000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
