ERP Business Systems Analyst

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the corporate-wide ERP system (Syteline v9). Provide technical support, resolve issues, and lead software improvements. Preferred candidate will have experience with Cloud Suite Industrial (CSI), Syteline, or other Infor/ERP products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze and document organizational processes and procedures.

Create and maintain process maps and documentation for reference and training.

Assist with ERP implementation at additional sites as needed.

Produce documentation, charts, SOPs, and other visual aids for training and transitions.

Respond to help desk inquiries related to Syteline and troubleshoot issues.

Manage user permissions and form access within the ERP system.

Create reports, business intelligence tools, internal dashboards, and SQL.

EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of IT experience with a focus on ERP systems

Experience in supporting Syteline/Info ERP systems and products (Cloudsuite Industrial CSI preferred)

Strong technical record-keeping abilities.

Ability to think strategically and focus on details.

Skillful in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex issues clearly to diverse audiences.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong reporting and analytical skills

Willingness to travel as needed (minimal travel required).
