Trissential is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with Agility Coaching skills to join our client team in a dynamic hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN. If you're passionate about leading teams to success through Agile methodologies and thrive in a collaborative, problem-solving environment, this opportunity is for you. You'll work 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule that includes 2-3 days in the office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), aligned with MST core hours. The ideal candidate brings 5-7 years of Scrum Master experience and excels at driving team performance through leadership, communication, and soft skills. Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and team members to deliver high-quality data services on time
Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth team performance and achievement of sprint goals
Manage tools like Jira and Confluence for team workflow, documentation, and housekeeping
Foster a collaborative, supportive team environment, acting as a servant leader
Drive continuous team improvement and alignment with Agile best practices
Maintain close communication with stakeholders across technology and business teams
Participate in Scrum Master collaboration groups to share best practices and align with Agile strategy
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile development and implementation
Proven leadership in Agile methodologies with experience coaching and training teams
Scrum Master certification (any type)
Experience working within large, matrixed organizations and balancing various roles
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align; experience with ServiceNow is a plus
Essential skills:
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Effective problem-solving and teamwork skills
Adaptable to evolving Agile processes and environments
Skilled at removing barriers and navigating organizational challenges
Desired skills:
Experience with Jira Align and ServiceNow
Familiarity with Agile transformation initiatives and best practices
Experience:
5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading teams in Agile environments
Demonstrated success in coaching teams and promoting Agile principles in large organizations
Benefits:
Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 annually based on candidate's certifications, qualifications, and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
