Responsibilities:
The purpose of the Card Services Analyst is to perform a variety of complex functions for the Card Services department, which includes all credit union card products.  The Card Services Analyst is responsible for performing debit and credit card analysis; reviewing and resolving member inquiries; monitoring card trends to minimize losses and maximize recoveries, supporting daily operational duties including the phone queue as needed. The role may make recommendations based on consumer and card industry regulatory requirements and credit union policy, ensuring compliance with consumer and card processor rules and regulations. Additionally, the role acts as a liaison with other business units during enterprise projects and card initiatives to ensure support for card portfolio operational and strategic goals.
 

This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office  at our Headquarters (in Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. This position may require in-person training.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
• Ability to sit for extended time periods
• Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
• Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of related experience
