Job Requirements / Description
" Experience leading data projects
" Excellent analytical and practical problem-solving abilities
" Experience with regulatory landscape as it relates to financial data
" Must be a self-starter comfortable figuring out business processes and completing high profile work with limited guidance and supervision
" Effective communication skills with an ability to develop a clear message for senior managers and articulate a detailed story around it
" Skilled in analyzing data, identifying trends, and coming to accurate and reasonable conclusions
" Connects information across multiple initiatives to spot dependencies and opportunities for synergies
" Has track record of helping others succeed with a willingness to speak up and share opinions in a collaborative way
" Experience in Finance especially in Deposits, Wealth Management, Investment Finance(Lending), Private Banking, Client, and Account Reference Data (strongly preferred)
