Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Engineer, IFT Tools to join our innovative IT team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce CRM, with a strong emphasis on Lightning UI and Lightning Web Components. Proficiency in Java and the latest front-end web technologies is essential. While Veeva skills are a nice-to-have, our primary focus is on candidates with deep expertise in Salesforce and web development. This role requires a technically adept individual who can work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

Salesforce CRM Development:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CRM solutions to meet business requirements.

Leverage Salesforce Lightning UI and Lightning Web Components to enhance user experience and system functionality.

Develop custom applications and integrations using Salesforce platform capabilities.

Front-End Development:

Design and develop responsive web applications using the latest front-end technologies.

Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of the front-end codebase.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Back-End Development:

Develop and maintain server-side logic using Salesforce Apex, Java and related technologies.

Implement robust and scalable back-end services to support front-end applications.

Integrate with third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design and architecture of IT tools and systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Salesforce, web technologies, and best practices.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT, to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

Facilitate regular meetings and status updates with project teams and management.

Project Management:

Lead IT tool-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within IT tools and systems.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.

Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to support IT initiatives.
