Overview
The Operations Analyst will report to the Commercial Risk North America COO. You will be responsible for supporting optimal results through the successful development of reporting that support U.S. CRS (e.g. ,Limit of Liability, Broking lever compliance, and Policy Intake & Delivery). You will play a key role to help the US Commercial Risk team optimize operations, allocate resources appropriately, and grow PTI. You will develop a detailed knowledge of the business and Aon’s internal processes and procedures to drive the organization to higher level of efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities
Create new automated reporting, improve existing automated processes, and reliably execute ongoing weekly/monthly/quarterly report ownership
Prepare meeting support material and attend key meetings to help leaders stay on track/organized
Assist in managing the appropriate allocation of resources in US practice groups
Drive key change and transformation initiatives identified by senior management.
Support the implementation of operational objectives agreed to by Global CRS Leadership
Develop a strong Aon IQ in order to increase your credibility and effectiveness when engaging with leaders
Understand the importance of deadlines and own the process to conclusion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; MBA preferred
Passionate self-starter who can juggle multiple projects, follow-up and exhibit creative problem solving – ultimately delivering projects and assignments on target and on time within a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to work closely with various cross functional groups, specifically with Sub region leaders, Solution Line Leaders, Industry Leaders and Regional Sales Operations Team
Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to extract, cleanse, manipulate, and analyze large, imperfect datasets
Excellent Excel skills, SQL proficiency a strong plus, familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM)
A problem solver who generates fresh ideas, exceptional viewpoints, and a great deal of passion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and relationship skills
Pay Transparency Laws
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $55,000 - $70,000. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
