Required Skills/Experience
Strong technical troubleshooting skills: The ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to digital applications is crucial in this role. This includes diagnosing problems, analyzing logs, and finding solutions.
Knowledge of programming languages: Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript can be beneficial in understanding and debugging application code.
Excellent communication skills: Effective communication is essential when interacting with users, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and address their concerns or issues.
Required Software/Technology
Ticketing systems: Proficiency in using ticketing systems like JIRA, ServiceNow to track and manage user requests and issues.
Monitoring tools: Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, App Dynamics, or Splunk to proactively monitor application performance and identify potential issues.
Database management: Understanding of database management systems like Oracle, or PLSQL to troubleshoot database-related problems.
Preferred Skills/Experience
A good understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and related concepts is essential. This includes knowledge of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, digital wallets, and transaction processing.
Experience with client support: Prior experience in a client support role can be advantageous as it demonstrates the ability to handle user inquiries, provide assistance, and maintain a positive customer experience.
Understanding of ITIL framework: Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices and processes can help in managing incidents, problems, and changes related to digital applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in an Agile development environment can be beneficial as it involves collaboration, adaptability, and quick response to changing requirements.
Preferred Software/Technology
Version control systems: Familiarity with version control systems like Git to manage code repositories and track changes.
Automation tools: Experience with automation tools such as Ansible to automate deployment and configuration processes and Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management, especially in cloud environments.
Cloud platforms: Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud can be advantageous as many applications are hosted on these platforms.
Linux operating system: Proficiency in Linux operating systems/shell scripting.

Hybrid - Majority Onsite in Lake Mary, FL
Hours: 8 AM - 6 PM, some weekends to be expected
Pay Rate Range: $(phone number removed)/hr. W2 (based on experience)
