Responsibilities:
Position Summary:

Incumbent is responsible for administration and operational oversight of activities, projects and programs in collaboration with key stakeholders for ERP implementation, support and maintenance. Involves technology-based analysis of business practices, processes and problems; developing solutions which may involve process design, data and information architecture, software development and policy or procedural changes; creating specifications for systems to meet requirements; validating requirements against needs; designing details of automated systems; developing user interface design; planning and executing unit integration and end-user acceptance testing; may develop training materials for system implementation. May lead cross-functional teams to solve complex business or systems issues.

Required Qualifications:

Three (3+) or more years of Procurement experience, vendor relations, and program management.

Strong customer service orientation as demonstrated by the ability to respond proactively and positively to customer service needs and problems.

Proficient knowledge of office and web-based applications.

In depth understanding of processes perstaining to Supply Chain procure to pay, inventory management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and group purchasing organizations.

In depth ability to analyze, interpret and research essential information from multiple sources.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Effective interpersonal skills required to establish and maintain credibility and working relationships with vendors, colleagues and client groups.

Demonstrated skills needed to develop process and system implementation plans.

Demonstrated experience with Procurement related process analysis, systems analysis, process architectures and systems analysis methodologies and practices.

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

Advanced skills in the use of ERP / financial systems (such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.)

Advanced skills and methodologies associated with process design, modification, and implementation.

Advanced knowledge of related areas of Supply Chain with an ephasis in Procurement, IT, applicable policies, practices, and procedures for the organization/client groups

Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and other tools in the Microsoft Office
