Software Engineer 3 - CLEARED

Overview :
Our client has a direct hire opportunity for a CLEARED Senior-Level Software Engineer in their Annapolis Junction, MD location.  In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based upon documented client requirements. 

 

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with a TS/SCI Clearance and a poly. 

Responsibilities :
Tests software components to ensure they meet design requirements and documents the results.

Resolves software issues and applies development methodologies suited to the environment.

Contributes to system design by advising on hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and the use of COTS/GOTS over new development, as well as analyzing and refining requirements from system-level down to individual components.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or 4 additional years of experience)

20 years of software engineering experience

Experience with languages & frameworks such as C#, Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, or NodeJS

Experience with software development in an Agile environment

Experience leading a team of developers is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range of $120K-$210K, based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure, and certifications.  The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
