• Minimum 5 years of experience: You bring extensive knowledge of retail POS and warehousing systems. D365 Certification or prior practical experience with D365.
• Retail POS / Warehousing experience: You’re well-versed in the intricacies of retail hardware, including printers, label printers, handheld terminals (HHTs), and POS units.
• Fast-paced environment: You thrive in a dynamic setting and can adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Problem-solving skills: You’re a creative thinker who takes initiative to resolve issues efficiently.
• Team player: You seamlessly integrate into a collaborative support team.

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
• Finance / Integrations Experience: Familiarity with financial systems or integrations.
Responsibilities
1. Installation and Configuration:
• Install software and hardware at client sites, ensuring proper setup and connectivity.
• Configure and test hardware and software components.
2. Client Support:
• Provide telephone, remote, and on-site support to clients, resolving issues promptly.
• Be prepared to work at the Warner Brothers Studio lot—this role isn’t desk-bound!
3. Technical Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date with our suite of hardware and software product lines.
4. Client Training:
• Train clients on software and hardware usage, as well as troubleshooting techniques.
Requirements
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, various Windows operating systems, and networking.
• Availability:
• M-F 8 hours-Flexible schedule. Needs to be able to work between 7am-6pm. Hours/schedule may change due to supporting teams in the UK and New York Teams
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as part of an "emergency" on-call troubleshooting/support.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Background Check:
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Task Management:
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks both in the office and in the field.
• Transportation:
• Reliable transportation to and from the Warner Brothers Studio lot.
• Industry Experience:
• Preferably experienced in the Retail & Warehouse POS industry.
• Configuration and Support:
• Experience in configuring, installing, training, and supporting hardware or software products.
