Job Description:
Design and implement AI-driven solutions that integrate machine learning, NLP, and other AI technologies.
Lead the architecture and deployment of AI models in production environments.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to identify AI use cases and opportunities.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions across the organization.
Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks, including ethical considerations and bias mitigation.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and integrate cutting-edge technologies into solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the AI and data science teams.
Present AI solutions and strategies to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Profile Description:
Experience: 12-15 years in software architecture and AI solutions, with deep experience in machine learning and data science.
Skills: Proficiency in AI/Client frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), and programming languages (Python, R).
Qualifications: Master s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
Competencies: Strategic thinking with strong leadership skills to guide AI initiatives across the enterprise.
Certifications: AI/Client specialization or certification from recognized institutions.
Knowledge: Extensive experience in deploying AI solutions at scale, with a focus on MLOps practices.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
