We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer/UI Developer to lead our AI and OpenShift team. This is a rapidly growing engineering team with focus to create a platform, partner ecosystem, and community by which enterprise customers can solve problems to accelerate business success using AI. Job Title: Software Engineer/UI Developer
Location: Boston, MA or Raleigh, NC (Hybrid 3 days per week on-site)

Salary Range: $140,000 – $180,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
As a UI developer for one of our OpenShift AI teams, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in one of our component teams as well as the affiliated open-source communities.
You will work as part of an evolving development team to rapidly design, secure, build, test, and release new capabilities.
The role is primarily an individual contributor who collaborates closely with other developers and cross-functional teams.
You should have a passion for working in open-source communities and for developing solutions that integrate open-sourc and partner technologies into a cohesive platform.
Working with teams to build end user experiences that delight customers should energize you
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software engineering/UI development, particularly in AI, machine learning, and MLOps.
Strong technical background in machine learning algorithms, data pipelines, and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning technical initiatives with business objectives.
