Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Parts IT Project Manager to join our team and contribute to optimizing our fleet operations and parts management.

 

Position Overview: As an IT/Data Analyst for Fleet & Parts Management at Amerit Fleet Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data related to our fleet operations and parts inventory. You will work closely with our IT, operations, and procurement teams to ensure that our fleet and parts management systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in parts, data analysis, and system management will support decision-making and help drive continuous improvement.

 

Compensation: Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Data Management & Analysis:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to fleet performance, parts inventory, and usage.

Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support fleet and parts management activities.

Work with parts data providers to align internal parts data to build integrated parts data systems, including cataloging, cross references, weights and dimensions, VIN Decoding, and cross references.

Generate and present regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.

Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.

Systems Administration & Support:

Manage and maintain fleet management software and parts inventory systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fleet and parts management systems.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.

Process Optimization:

Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities to streamline processes.

Develop and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of fleet and parts management operations.

Document and maintain procedures and best practices for data management and system usage.

Project Management:

Lead or contribute to projects related to fleet and parts management systems.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.

User Training & Support:

Provide training and support to users on fleet and parts management systems and tools.

Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation as needed.

Key Competencies and Minimum Education:
Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT or data analysis, with a preference for experience in fleet management or a similar industry.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

Experience with fleet management software and parts inventory systems.

Strong understanding of database management and data integration techniques.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
