Empowered Staffing is partnered with a top digital marketing agency focused on paid-search, social, amazon marketing and organic search. They work with clients across a multitude of industries, including eCommerce, Consumer Services, Consumer Goods, and B2B, to name a few.
The CRM Director will lead the agency’s new CRM/Email Marketing Division. You’ll be responsible for working closely with clients to assess their CRM needs, analyze existing systems, implement new solutions, and continuously optimize CRM processes for greater efficiency and ROI. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in CRM platforms and a knack for transforming complex challenges into streamlined processes that benefit both clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Assess client CRM needs by analyzing their goals and customer engagement practices.
System Evaluation: Review existing CRM tools to identify areas for enhancement.
Strategic Development: Create and lead CRM and email marketing strategies, including platform selection and integration with sales tools like Google Ads.
Implementation Planning: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for CRM setup and ongoing management, including pricing proposals.
Data Compliance: Ensure all CRM solutions comply with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and implement security best practices.
Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate seamless data migration and customize CRM platforms to meet client specifications.
Training & Support: Deliver tailored training sessions and ongoing technical support to clients post-launch.
Data Management: Maintain CRM data integrity and create reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics.
Continuous Optimization: Monitor CRM performance, refine processes, and implement advanced automation for better ROI.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in marketing, business, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years in CRM management, ideally with Salesforce or HubSpot expertise.
Proficient in CRM platforms and automation processes; certifications in HubSpot and Salesforce are a plus.
Strong verbal and written skills for presenting technical solutions effectively.
Ability to interpret data, evaluate CRM performance, and provide actionable insights.
Capable of identifying challenges and devising effective solutions for CRM improvement.
Proven track record of managing multiple client projects and deadlines.
