Enterprise Information Technical Support Officer (EITSO)

Our Mission Solutions Business Area (MSBU) at Leidos is seeking Enterprise Information Technical Support Officers (EITSOs) to serve as field service technicians. EITSOs respond to service tickets within their assigned Area Of Responsibility (AOR) after service tickets have been received by the call center. Typically candidates are assigned to one of the following AORs depending on skills alignment and program needs:

Enterprise Refresh

Enterprise Fixes

Printer Consumables

Field Repair, Return, and Refresh (TECHREQ)

Property Turn-In (PTI)

Asset Management

We anticipate multiple position becoming available – selected candidates will work at client sites in Fairfax County, Virginia.

In this role you will respond to service tickets which fall within your AOR. Depending on your AOR assignment, this may include:

Managing all aspects of a diverse IT project or multiple IT projects, typically involving multiple disciplines in the IT function,

Utilizing expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met,

Utilizing knowledge and experience in assigned AOR,

Working independently and receives minimal guidance in completing tasks,

Following command chain and utilizing resources to complete the tasks with the least amount of impact to the end user,

Analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures,

Utilizing expanded conceptual knowledge in own AOR while developing additional skill sets,

Utilizing understanding of key business drivers to accomplish duties,

Providing guidance to new team members,

Solving standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents,

Working with team and within established guidelines and policies,

Explaining information simplistically for others to understand in straightforward situations,

Explaining complex, difficult, or sensitive information to others in straightforward situations.

Required Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of field service focused IT experience, additional years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a degree,

Prior experience working with the client’s IT systems.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

Successful completion of client-specific System Administrator rights course,

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $(phone number removed)
