Position: Pega Lead BA
Location: Schaumburg, IL - Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: DOE
US Citizens and Green cards are Preferred.
Lead the capture and analysis of business requirements and convert them into detailed process flows and system designs using Pega 8.x.
Conduct and facilitate requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop detailed documentation for business processes and systems integration using Pega.
Coordinate with IT and business units to ensure the Pega solutions meet business needs and performance goals.
Manage user acceptance testing of the Pega solutions, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon requirements.
