Systems Support Analyst
Westfield, PA (onsite)
6+Month Contract
Extendable Contract position
The Systems Support Analyst will provide support for internal colleagues, focusing primarily on Maximo and Oracle Field Service (OFS). The role involves customer issue resolution, data analysis, and training. Interaction frequency with customers varies: approximately 100 internal colleagues, with half being one-time interactions, 25 having monthly interactions, and the remaining 25 interacting bi-weekly.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for Maximo and Oracle Field Service (80% of time).
Perform data analysis using Excel (15%).
Handle other tasks as needed (5%).
Participate in team meetings, discuss issues, and provide lessons learned.
Assist with internal customer issue resolution and support.
Attend training sessions as a learner and contribute to project meetings.
Requirements:
0-2+ years of relevant experience in business systems or related fields.
Basic knowledge of relational database queries and SQL.
Strong computer skills and ability to perform in-depth data analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build customer trust and confidence in IT support teams.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Maximo
Oracle Field Service (OFS)
Excel
Basic Azure DevOps (ADO)
Basic SQL knowledge
Education/Experience:
Associate s degree or higher in a technical/business field, OR 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance management or data systems preferred.
