• 1 to 3 years of IT experience required
• Strong data Center experience with rack and stack
• At least 2 years on-prem data Center experience supporting the data Center equipment and infrastructure (Power, Space, Cooling, Equipment)
• Troubleshooting end user connectivity issues
• Ability to work with various vendors and responsible for network assets and tools
• A+/Network+ level of knowledge required
• Good understanding of OSI layer and network principles
• Good understanding of OSI layer and network principles
• Comfortable with text based CLI
• Familiar with IP based networking
• Experience in network device configuration like Cisco Switch layer 2 switch, and configuring VLAN's
• Troubleshoot L1 & L2 types of issues within Network
• Experience in troubleshooting routing, switching, and firewall (Palo Alto's) issues
• Ability to review hardware logs, isolate and identify root cause
• Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, as part of a team
• Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Perl)
• Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA for Ticket management
