Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to fit the business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.

Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using ServiceNow scripting languages (Glide, JavaScript).

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.

Document code and application functionality.

May also assist with ServiceNow administration tasks such as user management and configuration.

Qualifications:

Experience with ServiceNow platform (3+ years)

Expertise in ServiceNow modules relevant to the specific role (e.g., ITSM, CSM, SecOps)

Strong understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (Glide, JavaScript)
