Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
MS Dynamics with end to end D365 implementations
Must have lead the design and development of Dynamics modules and lead
Must have techno functional
Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM
Hands-on experience working with D365 Customer Service module
