Information Technology - Application Programmer

Summary:

Need an expert Sr. Software Engineer in Java, Spring Boot and Kafka with demonstrated expertise over multiple complex projects.

 

Responsibilities:

Design, development and unit testing

Deployment

Code reviews

 

Requirements:

Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.

7+ years of experience with core Java 8 or higher, with Spring Boot

3+ years’ experience with Kafka or other event streaming systems (RabbitMQ, Kinesis, Service Bus)

5+ years of experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL5.

Experience with distributed cache and compute grid products, such as Hazelcast

Working proficiency in developmental toolsets like GIT/BitBucket, JIRA, Maven

Design, deploy, and manage scalable applications using Kubernetes.

Knowledge and understanding of capital markets: back-office technology and systems

 

Nice to have

AWS experience.

Spark with Scala

Experience in PERF testing and turning as well as shift left practices.

 

3 must have Skills:

Java

Kafka

Oracle

 

3 Nice to have Skills:

Caching technologies

Kubernetes

Capital Markets experience

 

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
