Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Program Manager - Oracle Migration

Location: Onsite, 5 days a week in NE Minneapolis, MN

Duration: Initial term of one year with potential for extension or conversion to Full-Time Employee (FTE). Long-term commitment is desired.

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager or Program Manager to lead a critical Oracle migration project. This role involves transitioning from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The successful candidate will be hands-on, demonstrating a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale Oracle ERP implementations, migrations, and upgrades.

 

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in managing Oracle EBS migrations to the cloud.

Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades.

Strong understanding of the Oracle technology stack and ecosystem.

Experience with Oracle support and product development processes.

Demonstrated ability to manage both onsite and offshore teams, as well as interactions with vendors and system integrators.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to commit to a long-term engagement, with potential for full-time conversion.
