Outpatient Clinical Director has department responsibilities for assisting in program development and coordinating delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy.
The Clinical Director assists in the department through interaction with other departments, various professional healthcare disciplines, external organizations, assist and or guide running PHP, IOP & adolescent groups, internal chart audits, leadership meetings, and other duties as assigned.
The Clinical Director reviews treatment documentation to assure quality and appropriateness of care, compliance with internal and external policies, and proper transfer and assure quality and appropriateness of care, compliance with internal and external policies, and proper transfer and disposition of patients with families and other agencies.
The Clinical Director interprets policy and assists in making necessary decisions to improvement efforts, while assisting the Outpatient Team.
Requirements
Minimum Education
Masters Degree in a related field preferred Minimum Work Experience At least 3 years experience or combination education and experience preferred. Required Licenses LMFT, LCSW, LPCC; RN and/or Masters Degree completion
