SDET - Sr. Level Role - Neds C#, Selenium, Automation, API Testing, Azure DevOps, SpecFlow.

The IT Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement Pega team collaborates with our Customer Operations and Energy Services business partners to support, manage, and implement a portfolio of IT system capital initiatives. This IT group oversees each project from its inception to deployment, offering essential IT support needed to either improve existing systems, develop or upgrade interfaces, and design, test, and launch new applications.

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation/Manual Engineer to boost our Team's ability to deliver top-notch software solutions. In this position, you will play a crucial role in advancing our software quality assurance lifecycle by working closely with the development teams to formulate test strategies and craft both automated and manual tests to ensure our releases uphold the highest criteria. Additionally, your skills will be vital in maintaining our CI processes and resolving system problems.

Responsibilities

Drive the software quality assurance lifecycle within an Agile/ waterfall process

Establish and coordinate test strategies with development/product teams

Design and implement test plans and test cases

Develop and execute automated/ manual UI and functional tests

Enhance and maintain automated CI flows

Review and validate UAT test results

Troubleshoot issues in systems under test

Requirements

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test.

Experience with web application testing and Continuous Integration processes.

Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (ADO, JIRA, RCLM).

Knowledge of SQL databases.

Experience with automation testing using Selenium or similar tool.

Experience with API testing using postman or SoapUI.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
