Description:
Markon is seeking an experienced GEOINT Systems Integrator to support a high performing team with one of our Intelligence Community Customers.

Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA).

Facilitate integration and test focused Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and frequently brief recommendations to senior Government representatives.

Review Agile Solution Epics to ensure interfaces are well defined, CONOPS is fully represented, and data definitions and dependencies are documented to enable development and integration.

Analyze Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Application Programmable Interfaces (APIs), assessing what modifications and enhancements are needed for a future GEOINT mission.

Evaluate GEOINT data and metadata exchanges across software systems to enable end to end data collection and processing.

Optimize early integration of GEOINT software systems, increase test automation, and share best practices across multiple end-to-end sensor teams.

Define and lead Informal Integration Windows (IIWs).

Participate in Developer TEMs, Solution Planning Events, Solution Demos, and end to end sensor working groups.

Ensure accuracy and readiness for enterprise tests by reviewing and providing comments to detailed test plans and detailed checklists.

Collaborate and partner with MP to ensure end to end capabilities are integrated early prior to joint formal test and joint formal transitions.

Ensure readiness for transitions to operations, quick resolution of operational discrepancies, and analyze cause of outages and discrepancies to reduce future operational issues.

Advise Government on how to reorganize resources into new Verification Test and Systems Integration Team (VTSI).

Qualifications:
Required:

12 to 15 years with Bachelors of Science/Bachelors of Arts in Science, Engineering,

2 years of experience may be substituted with Masters of Science/Masters of Arts or 4 years with Ph.D.

Must Possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.

Experience with informal and formal enterprise testing of GEOINT software systems

Knowledge of GEOINT systems, CONOPS, and metadata.

Experience with Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and/or Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT).

Experience with requirements tracing, architecture and interface analysis, and data/messaging exchanges across software systems.

Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework Environments) or Agile frameworks.

Strong representational, oral, and written communications skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products.

Proven organization and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government.

 

Desired:

Experience with RADAR and EO.

Experience with GEOINT Product Quality.

Experience leading early interface testing and informal integration windows.

Experience with commercial Atlassian tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA

Salary Range:
