CONTRACT TO HIRE
Position Title: Sr. Technical Lead Architect
Position Summary:
Seeking a technical architect to lead
software architecture across internal development teams. Reporting to the Chief
Delivery Officer, this role will provide technical leadership and coordination across
development and maintenance of high availability, cloud-based systems supporting
business while contributing to key areas of our workforce management platform,
Einstein II.
HHCS is undergoing rapid growth and modernizing existing systems to improve
scalability and performance while maintaining high availability. We are also investing in
new approaches to maximize value in our business through Client and AI. You will play a
key role evolving our architecture as well as working with specialist teams to evaluate
progress and plan technology integration with existing systems.
Responsibilities include:
Establishes Cloud Application Design best practices, templates, and
processes
Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways
to improve
Identify and Manage the development technologies across all development
teams
Plan software architecture by studying concepts, strategy, and target
audience
Research and set paths toward the use of new and developing technologies
for Cloud Computing
Mentor, consult, train and interact with Systems Development Engineers,
Software Architects, Product Management, Cloud and Delivery Admins and
Ops team members to lead in the design of scalable infrastructure
Influence Product Management and Cloud and Delivery teams in setting
technical roadmap for Cloud Infrastructure, Application design, and
automation in meeting the overall HHCS Cloud requirements
Be accountable for defining and driving software architecture and enterprise
capabilities (scalability, reliability, extensibility, maintainability, etc.)
Create a unified process to be followed by different teams and use
collaboration tools for effective communication
Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time,
resources and scope
Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor
progress of initiatives
Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper
execution
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years as an
architect lead
Proven experience building, designing and deploying scalable apps using
cloud platform technologies
Strong background in creating multitenant SaaS application using Azure
PaaS and Microservices architecture
Good domain background in predictive analytics, data strategy
Have performed multiple cloud migrations to native cloud architecture
Relational database experience
Experience with SaaS and cloud-based design models
Bachelor of Science of higher in Computer Science/Engineering or
equivalent practical experience in the business technology market and
expertise in working closely with varied teams in cloud computing or related
technical fields
Knowledge of Domain Driven Design in a cloud-based, microservice
architecture
Ability to work autonomously
Attention to detail
Experience working in an Agile environment
