JOB DESCRIPTION

ATS Analyst

Onsite Level 2 technical analyst responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving home office client issues.

Resolve or properly route any escalation issues unable to be resolved by level 1 help desk.

Provide technical solutions utilizing a wide variety of software tools across multiple operating systems.

Coordinate local and remote office service incident resolution via phone, teams, e-mail, and in person interaction.

Complete service requests, respond to pages, and provide onsite AV Support.

Reports to manager and works directly with other analysts and Sr Analysts.

No direct reports.

Primary location(s) at DC3 Morse Rd and DC9 514 Exchange Way.

2-3 years’ experience supporting PC software/hardware in a PC/LAN environment.
