Job Description:
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity IQ Software Developer to join our team. This remote position requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in identity management solutions and a proven ability to deliver software solutions in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Architects, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Managers, to ensure the successful deployment and integration of SailPoint Identity IQ.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement solutions using SailPoint Identity IQ, including workflows, rules, connectors, policies, and other configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute deployment plans for SailPoint Identity IQ.
Integrate Okta single sign-on functionality with SailPoint Identity IQ and other external applications.
Design and develop API services to manage access policies and access requests, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Utilize Agile or Scrum methodologies for solution delivery, participating in regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint and Okta integrations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in identity management solutions, specifically with SailPoint Identity IQ.
Strong expertise in Okta and Azure environments.
Proven experience in solution delivery using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with Architects, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Managers.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing identity governance solutions.
Strong understanding of API development and integration processes.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with identity governance frameworks and best practices.
Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards related to identity management.
