Job Requirements / Description
General Experience Expectations:
Three (3) to five (5) years of IT work experience requiring expertise in OnBase administration.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
The Department is seeking a full-time, remote OnBase Systems Administrator throughout the PO term of this RFQ. The position's required qualifications and preferred qualifications are described in Sections 4.1 and 4.2 and must be verifiable in the Candidate's resume.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or four (4) years of equivalent work experience.
The Department requires the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge for this position:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including fluent in English.
Five (5) or more years of IT experience.
Three (3) or more years of Hyland OnBase software.
Configuration and administration of Content Management system(s).
Experience working in a virtual server environment.
Three (3) or more years of experience in OnBase System Administration, including working experience with three or 3+ key OnBase modules; and
Two (2) or more years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) queries.
Preferred Qualifications:
The Department prefers the Candidate to have the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge for this position:
Five (5) or more years of experience administering Active Directory Domain Services.
Experience with administering Windows servers.
Possess a valid OnBase Systems Administrator certification.
Configuration and administration of Hyland OnBase software and modules.
Experience preparing status reports and providing management briefings.
Experience with servers and systems utilized in a criminal justice environment.
Possess a valid Hyland OnBase Advanced Systems Administration certification, Hyland OnBase WorkFlow Administrator Professional certification, and a valid Hyland OnBase WorkView Administrator Professional certification.
Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment.
Knowledge of integrating OnBase with other enterprise systems and databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance; and
Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in OnBase customizations, such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), C Sharp (C#), and JavaScript.
