Position Information: Full-Time Position; Government contractor supporting DOJ NSD
Location: Washington, DC (onsite)
Position Timing: Position requires candidate to obtain SCI prior to starting; can take 2-4 weeks to process
The Infrastructure Support and Software Development Services division provides all IT services necessary to support the NSD's Infrastructure & Operations as well as Software Development, Engineering, and Service Desk.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for design, development, and modifications to extend capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to optimize use of the modules to include but not limited to ITSM, ITBM and SPM for NSD business processes.
Provides development and maintenance of Salesforce as a case/matter management platform. This includes the use of native Salesforce applications, custom developed workflows, and Application Programming Interface from a variety of resources, including, but not limited to:
Litify/LegalStratus: Legal Matter Management Salesforce Native Application
iPublic Sector Foundations
Salesforce CRM Analytics Plus
Flosum (Dev Ops)
Additional integration with mission partner data repositories (e.g. Max.gov)
Required Qualifications:
10 years of experience with CRM systems development
Proficiency with the configuration, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow
Proficiency with the configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce
Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
Security Clearance Requirements:
Active Top Secret, required
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Candidate must be able to function in a general office environment.
