NICE CXONE experience

Able to configure NICE CXONE workflows for contact Centers use cases

Able to maintain NICE CXONE based solutions and support various contact center agents

Able to create NICE CXONE reports for various product components

Mentor junior analysts

Able to adopt new service/ product sets of NICE CXONE suite

Able to work and support amazon connect technology

Great communication skills

Able to handle the business stakeholder meetings on their own
