Business Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Business Analyst. The desired candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules in alignment with solution requirements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Configure solution UI, including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies,
Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.
Configure solution workflows, including Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes,
Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.
Configure Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs.
Create, manage, and deploy Update Sets.
Import data into GRC application tables.
Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API.
Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and instructions.
Execute functional component testing on GRC workflows.
Create technical solution documentation
Required Qualifications:
B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other IT-related discipline.
2+ years experience with ServiceNow configuration.
Eligible to get public trust clearance.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Detail oriented, motivated, analytical, disciplined.
Proficient with Glide Record queries and scripting.
Proficient with JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance (GRC).
Certified Implementation Specialist Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
Experience building integrations with ServiceNow Integration Hub
Experience building integrations using REST API.
