Location: Cincinnati, OH - Onsite
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
6 years of experience with Systems Design Implementation and Support Functional Area for Service Contracts, Install Base Field Services and Depot Repair problem solving skills
Must have very strong experience in the Oracle R12.
Experience with a variety of implementations in a number of different environments.
Solid business process skills able to provide transaction analysis in varying functional areas
Troubleshooting skills and ability to coordinate with systems staff Customer service acumen
Self-motivated and willingness to work long hours and off-hours
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and technical staff
Applying best practices overall knowing how to use the tool be able to train users on the tool and distribute the tool
