Oracle EPM Enterprise Performance Management Lead

Dallas, TX (Hybrid/Onsite - 3 days from Client Office)

Client is seeking an Oracle EPM Enterprise Performance Management Lead with strong knowledge of ERP finance, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC). Preferred candidates will have experience in both the retail and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle EPM initiatives, focusing on finance-related modules.

Utilize expertise in Oracle EBS, particularly in solution architecture.

Manage and implement Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial performance and reporting.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of ERP finance modules within Oracle EBS.

Experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC).

Preferred experience in both retail and manufacturing sectors.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Ability to work onsite 3 days a week.
