Job Description
Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to help support Identity and Onboarding team. This person will work on various initiatives across our space – account creation and sign in, new seller registration, identity verification experiences for different account types and regions.
What you'll do
Practice and promote user-centric thinking on your design work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, researchers, and content designers.
Design for the full cycle of the product development process –ideation, user scenarios, journey map, wireframes, Lo-Fi / Hi-Fi designs and prototypes.
Execute designs for global expansions accounting for regional nuances, and adopt the design across platforms (native mobile, native tablet, responsive web)
Collaborate with with design system team to enhance and modernize the experience
Closely collaborate with our UXR team to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience and usability of our products.

Proficient in design and wire-framing software such as Figma and/or Sketch.
