Informatica Professional Services (IPS) SME/Specialist 3

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership in the engineering and troubleshooting of complex Informatica systems.

Oversee the integration of Informatica systems with cloud platforms such as AWS, MongoDB, and Databricks.

Lead knowledge transfer and training sessions for IRS personnel and contractor teams.

Develop and implement solutions for Section 508 compliance and IPv6 interoperability.

Skills Required:

Expertise in configuring and supporting Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and PowerExchange Connectors for cloud platforms.

Hands-on experience with data security protocols, including TLS, SSL, SAML, and FIPS.

In-depth knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery strategies for Informatica environments.

Ability to manage case escalations with Informatica Global Customer Support (GCS) and provide resolutions for high-priority issues.

Certifications:

Informatica Cloud Data Integration Specialist.

AWS Certified Developer (for cloud-based application development).

Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) (optional but beneficial for IRS security requirements).

Experience:

12+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica products in complex, high-availability environments.

Experience with troubleshooting network latency issues in distributed systems.

Proven track record of providing engineering solutions and support for large-scale cloud migrations (AWS preferred).

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a similar field.

Master's Degree in Cloud Computing or Data Management (preferred).
